Meet Dr. Aja Holden – Educator, Designer, Confidence Builder

Hey girl, hey! I’m Dr. Aja Holden, an educator of 21 years turned luxury wreath designer (by night and weekend), and if there’s one thing I know—it’s how to teach, inspire, and create bold, beautiful spaces that reflect who you are.

I believe home décor should be diverse, inclusive, and deeply personal—a true reflection of your pride, your story, and your success. That’s why I specialize in high-end, statement-making wreaths and décor that let women—especially high-achieving Black women—see themselves elevated in their homes.

My wreath journey started in 2016, and by 2018, I had honed my craft as a designer. Since then, I’ve shared my expertise with women across the country through virtual workshops, private teaching groups, and hands-on retreats. I’ve hosted the Wreath Making Bootcamp for Beginners, a Bow-Making Masterclass, and co-hosted an in-person retreat in 2023, helping other designers refine their skills in a supportive, uplifting space. And my designs? They’ve even been featured on Fox 29’s Good Day Philadelphia during their Eagles Pep Rally!
